We acted as the legal advisor to Mawell Oy in the sale of Mawell Care Oy to Luona Oy, part of Barona Group.
Mawell Care is the leading private provider of outsourced health counselling and home care integrator services in Finland. Mawell Care is the service provider for Tampere City in its Kotitori service concept for the aged people. Health counselling customers include mainly hospital districts.
Earlier this year we acted as the legal advisor to Mawell Oy both in the sale of the product business of Mawell Group to Norwegian CSAM Health A/S and in the sale of Mawell Consulting AB, a company engaged in information technology consulting business in healthcare sector, to Swedish C.A.G Group AB.
