I work as an HR Business Partner at Castrén & Snellman. At the core of my role is supporting both people and business. Together with our HR team, my goal is to ensure that each of our professionals has the best possible conditions to grow, succeed, and thrive in their work. I collaborate closely with managers to identify workforce needs and develop solutions that enhance employee experience and engagement.
I also serve as the supervisor for our senior trainees. As a supervisor, I want to ensure that our trainees develop their skills from the early stages of their careers.
Previously, I worked at Castrén & Snellman in various HR roles, focusing on diverse tasks such as recruitment, employer branding and student and university collaborations. I was also responsible for planning and executing various events to strengthen our employer brand.
I hold a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration. I joined Castrén & Snellman’s skilled and warm-hearted HR team in 2020.
