I have worked as a Financial Assistant at Castrén & Snellman for fourteen years, in our team of 6 persons. It is wonderful to be a part of our efficient and cheerful financial team. The many years that I have spent at Castrén & Snellman have included many different duties related to financial administration and many great renewals in the company as well. My main job is client invoicing, which I find very interesting work. I am also responsible for debt collection matters and for many other financial administration duties. My aim is to always serve both internal and external clients with a positive attitude. To me, customer service means that I listen to the client and try to give the best possible service in accordance with the Castrén Spirit. Whatever the problem, there is always a solution to it.
Before Castrén & Snellman, I worked in different kinds of customer service and financial administration duties for over 20 years. Along the way, I have gained experience from various areas, including the world of sports, importing, computing and the mobile phone sector.
