We advised the OP-Rental Yield non-UCITS fund, which is part of OP-Pohjola Group, and the insurance institutions of OP-Pohjola Group in the purchase of Q-Park’s Kasarmitori parking facility at the centre of Helsinki. The seller, QPark, will continue to operate in the property under a long-term lease agreement. The Kasarmitori parking facility is located in a busy area and has over 400 parking spaces.
