Danske Bank, Finland Branch – Financing Arrangement

We assisted Danske Bank A/S, Finland Branch in a financing arrangement for CapMan Real Estate. The facilities were used, among other things, to refinance the acquisition of Polaris Castor and for the financing of the acquisition of Polaris Capella, both office buildings situated in Polaris Business Park, Espoo.
