OP Life Assurance Company – Disposal of a Helsinki CBD Property

We advised OP Life Assurance Company Ltd in the sale of a mixed-use retail and office building located in Aleksanterinkatu 15, Helsinki, to BlackRock Eurozone Core Property Fund. The historic building was originally built in 1891 and provides altogether some 12,200 square meter of leasable retail and office space.
