We advised Danske Bank A/S, Finland Branch, in a financing arrangement for CapMan Real Estate. The facilities were used to refinance the acquisitions and cover the capital expenditure of certain properties owned by CapMan Nordic Real Estate II fund. The City Pearls portfolio is comprised of three properties, which are all located in central Helsinki.
