We advised funds belonging to OP Financial Group in the sale of a residential portfolio to Kunta-asunnot Oy. The portfolio consists of five wholly-owned residential properties, most of which have been constructed in the 2000s. The properties are located in Oulu, Lahti, Riihimäki and Hollola.
