OP Corporate Bank – Financing of Intera Partners’ Acquisition of Sikke Security Oy (formerly ISS Security Oy)

We advised OP Corporate Bank plc in an acquisition finance arrangement by which Intera Partners acquired Sikke Security Oy (formerly ISS Security Oy) and other related business assets from the ISS group. Sikke Security Oy is one of Finland’s leading providers of guarding and security management services. The turnover of the acquired business was approximately EUR 70 million in 2015, and it employed over 1,000 people.
