Minna Korhonen Appointed as Banking & Finance Counsel

Minna has over 10 years of experience in advising financial institutions, investors and borrowers in a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions. These include acquisition and other leveraged finance and real estate finance transactions as well as corporate lending and refinancing. She is also experienced in various types of restructurings and pre-insolvency workouts. In addition to banking & finance, Minna advises clients in real estate transactions and other corporate matters.

Before joining Castrén & Snellman, Minna has worked at e.g. Krogerus and the Federation of Finnish Financial Services.
