Castrén & Snellman Authored a Chapter on Finland in Business Restructuring and Insolvency Report 2015

Pekka Jaatinen and Christer Svartström contributed a chapter on Finland to Business Restructuring and Insolvency Report 2015 (1^st ed, published by Times Group). As a member of the Council of IBA’s Legal Practice Division, Pekka Jaatinen also provided the publication with an introductory chapter on IBA, (International Bar Association) and its annual conference, which will be held in October in Vienna, and the Section Spring Conference, which will be held in May in Mexico City. IBA is the world’s leading organisation of international law practitioners.
