We advised Pohjola Bank plc in the refinancing of Elematic Oy Ab’s syndicated senior credit facilities. In connection with this arrangement, Elematic also issued a senior secured callable bond, sharing the same security as the senior credit facilities. The transaction was particularly demanding due to the combination of senior credit facilities and senior bond, both of which were secured by the same security package.
