We assisted Danske Bank Plc in the financing arrangements of various real estate properties in Espoo and Turku by the Swedish-listed real estate investment and management company Hemfosa Fastigheter AB (publ) via its Finnish subsidiaries. Hemfosa Fastigheter AB (publ) owns, manages, and sells properties in the Nordic countries. The company’s property portfolio comprises community service properties, such as schools, preschools, healthcare and elderly care facilities, as well as judicial institutions, or premises that are part of the legal system, and public authority and municipal office premises.

CapMan Real Estate – Acquisition of a High-Quality Residential Asset
We advised CapMan Real Estate in the acquisition and financing of a high-quality residential asset located in Katajanokka, Helsinki. The asset was acquired from the Finnish Seamen’s Service Bureau (MEPA). The property consisting of 38 modern rental apartments with a parking garage was completed in 2017.
