This privacy notice describes the processing of the personal data of job applicants.

1. What data do we process?

We process, inter alia, the following personal data:

  • name, date of birth and contact information (e.g., address, phone number, email address, LinkedIn and X (ex. Twitter) contact information)
  • information about your education
      • basic education and degrees with the dates and places of completion
      • other completed education
  • special expertise and language skills
  • current duty and previous duties (e.g., employer, job title and job description)
  • referees
  • video interview recording
  • other data you disclose to us (e.g., copies of diplomas)

2. Why do we process your data?

We process your data to evaluate your suitability for the job you apply for when we:

  • receive and process job applications;
  • evaluate and select job applicants;
  • fulfil needs related to the recruitment process.

3. How do we collect your data?

As a general rule, we collect personal data from you through your job application and job interviews.

  • With your consent, we also collect personal data from other sources, such as the service provider carrying out the aptitude assessment.
  • In addition, we collect your personal data from the referees indicated by you.

Our legitimate interest

  • We have a legitimate interest to process personal data as required by the recruitment process.

Your consent

  • The law may require that we ask for your consent to collect or process certain personal data, such as to carry out an aptitude assessment.
  • If you do not wish to disclose your personal data to us, we may not be able to take you into account in our recruitment process.

Performance of an agreement

  • We process your personal data in order to carry out measures that precede entering into an employment agreement and performance of the employment agreement.

5. How long do we store your data?

Duration of storage

  • During the recruitment process
      • We process your data actively during the recruitment process.
  • After the recruitment process
      • After the recruitment process has been completed, we store your personal data for as long as necessary for fulfilling our rights and obligations and responding to potential claims.
      • However, we store your personal data for a maximum of two years after the recruitment decision has been made.
      • With your consent, we can also store your personal data for a period of time mentioned when giving the consent, for example, for future recruitment processes.
      • We can store your personal data for a longer period if this is necessary to fulfil our obligations under acts, decrees or any other authority sources.
