Tiina Forss

I advise our clients on international and domestic M&A and company law issues. I am especially interested in international projects.

I joined Castrén & Snellman’s M&A team before I graduated. Previously, I worked in a large business law company, where I worked especially on company law and M&A. I have also worked for another law firm as well as for the government and as an in-house advisor. Thanks to my diverse experience, I am able to understand the needs of different types of customers.

I graduated with a Master of Laws from the University of Lapland in the autumn of 2021. During my studies, I studied law for one semester in Australia at the University of Canberra.
