About me
Having worked with taxation law for more than 20 years, I still love solving the most complicated tax puzzles. My day-to-day work as a taxation lawyer has come to life from numerous different type of acquisitions, divestments, and re-organizations of Finnish and international companies and, as each case is unique, my work is always guaranteed to require new ways of looking at issues and to provide new challenges.
My expertise lies in combining taxation and corporate law within the structuring of M&A, real estate and private equity transactions, financial instruments and incentive schemes. I am a team player and thus enjoy working as seamlessly as possible with my clients’ teams and my colleagues in order to find the best solution at hand. Clients particularly appreciate my ability to provide practical advice and my understanding of the commercial aspects of each matter.
My goal is always to find the most innovative yet feasible solutions for the client’s benefit, although the work of a tax lawyer is nowadays greatly challenged by a constantly changing tax system and increasing regulation. I strive to be a solution-oriented, strategic companion who understands the demands of the changing tax environment and thus brings real value to the client.
