Salla Jortikka

I am a people-oriented HR enthusiast. As an HR Business Partner my goal is to help C&S people succeed. My key responsibility is to support managers with HR-related issues. In addition, finding the best talent, supervising our senior trainees and implementing HR processes are things that bring joy and challenges to my workdays.

I have experience in several organisations and industries, including recruitment consultancy, banking, telecommunications and education. Before entering C&S I worked in the scientific world at Tampere University. During my working years, I have had the privilege to also act in managerial roles, which gives me a better understanding of leadership and organisational development.

My educational background combines studies in business, law and psychology. My strength is to bring a business and growth mindset to people-oriented HR work. Themes such as organisational culture, employer branding, and HR development thrill me. Curiosity and eagerness to learn more about people and organisations drives me forward.
