More about me
- Castrén & Snellman 2019–
- Master of Laws, University of Helsinki 2018
Associate, Master of Laws
I advise our clients on assignments related to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital. I have always been eager to combine my two passions, law and business, which is something that working with both cross-border and domestic transactions allows me to do.
I specialised in transactions and related subjects, alongside general corporate and contract law, already during my studies at the University of Helsinki. Along with studies I worked at Castrén & Snellman and a few other Finnish law firms, gaining valuable experience of transactions and other legal matters. Additionally, I have various law and business experience ranging from working in an asset management group to engaging as a legal advisor for a Finnish early-stage technology startup.
My way of approaching assignments is versatile and open, and I tend to find a rational way to work things out with my problem-solving abilities. I am ready to utilise new technological innovations in my work, while on the other hand, I believe it is crucial to assess the macro-scale effects and possibilities of each assignment in addition to details – that is, our assignments increasingly take place in wide-spread global markets.
Due to my Estonian background and language skills, I have a good understanding of the Baltic market. I am capable of advising our Estonian clients operating in Finland as well as serving as a link to Estonia for our Finnish customers.
