I am focused on dispute resolution and am pleased to assist our clients in both court and arbitration proceedings. I have wide-ranging experience of large proceedings especially from the banking and insurance sectors. In addition, I have a particular specialty in insolvency law. I have participated in several bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings in various fields of business. My special interest is claw back litigations where I can combine both of my expertise areas.
I carried out my training on the bench both at the district court and the court of appeals. Before graduating, I also worked at the Supreme Court. Thus I have experience of all court stages in Finland and this insight helps me to better take forward my cases in these courts.
My goal is to handle disputes as smoothly as possible to ensure that our clients are able to focus on their business and don’t need to lose sleep. Clients particularly appreciate my ability to manage cases efficiently while always making sure that every stone is turned and every argument made is well considered. I always aim for the prestige of providing the best quality of work.
As an attorney-at-law, I am in my dream job. I have a strong sense of justice and I always strive for the best possible solution for my client, whether that is via settlement or by a court judgment. I hope to use my ambition to better our clients as well.
