I work as Employer Branding Specialist in Castrén & Snellman’s communications and marketing team. Our team provides strategic services for our top-notch expert organisation, building growth for our firm and creating the best customer and employee experience in the legal services sector. In fact, Castrén & Snellman has been awarded as the most attractive employer in our sector for several years in a row.

I have worked in various talent acquisition roles within employer branding for nearly 20 years in large Finnish and international companies in the food and forest industries. Through my work experience, I have gained a wide expertise in, among other things, internal and external communications and marketing, and on the HR side, in recruitment and employer brand development.

At Castrén & Snellman, I am responsible for planning and implementing our employer brand strategy. I am also involved in projects related to the development of our culture with the goal of creating the best employee experience in the legal sector. We believe that happy employees lead to happy clients.
