More about me

Associate, Master of Laws
My journey of professional development began in 2012, when I joined Castrén & Snellman, and it is a journey which I continue to this day. I have wide-ranging experience in assisting our clients in various fields of law, although I have primarily specialised in assisting clients in corporate and employment law related matters, and I particularly enjoy finding solutions for issues that arise during M&A transactions. In employment law matters, I am sensitive to the practical need to maintain a balanced approach that ensures that both employer and employee are satisfied with the outcome of resolving the issue. My goal is to manage all of my assignments as smoothly as possible so that clients can relax knowing that they are in safe hands. My uniquely client-centric approach has served both domestic and international clients well; I have advised clients on business establishment in Russia and I have a personal, as well as a professional passion, for working with clients in cross-border, multicultural projects.
Most recently, I have also extended my experience in the fields of construction and land development projects. At its heart, the practice of law is, for me, about utilising my experience and expanding my knowledge for the purpose of helping clients find the right solution for their legal issues, whether it be a traditional service or an entirely innovative approach. Taking on challenging projects, that help me view the lawyer's role in the context of the bigger picture of our clients' business, broadens my mind and inspires my work.
