Associate, Master of Laws
As an associate in Castrén & Snellman's Data & Technology team, I assist both domestic and international companies in a broad range of legal matters related to privacy, data protection and e-commerce. I aim to provide our clients with practical and straightforward advice on future legislative changes in the data protection world and help keep them at least one step ahead of changes.
Prior to joining Castrén & Snellman's skilled team, I gained valuable experience by working for various companies, including large global ICT companies. I graduated from the University of Lapland in 2015 and in my studies I focused mainly on data protection and privacy. Currently I am studying for an M.Sc. (Econ.) degree at the Hanken School of Economics where I major in intellectual property law.
I regularly lecture on topics relating to data protection and privacy. I also act as our firm's contact person for the Artikla ry student association which is a great delight for me.
I am currently on maternity leave.
