I advise our domestic and international clients in capital markets transactions, such as equity and debt issues. I have advised numerous issuers and lead manager banks in significant IPOs and share issues and am well-versed in the processes and documentation relating to issues.
I am also interested in new legal trends, such as responsible investment, impact investment and corporate social responsibility. Sustainability is not just a requirement for companies these days, but also a significant business opportunity—a message that I am eager to bring to our clients.
In addition to my law degree, I have an MA and an MBA. Before becoming a lawyer, I had a long career as a translator specialised in legal texts. I am also a member of C&S's sustainability steering group and a member of the editorial board of the guide for sustainable investments at Finland's Sustainable Investment Forum (Finsif). My versatile educational background has prepared me well for modern legal work, where creative thinking and a comprehensive understanding of business are vital.
I dedicate my free time to French gastronomy, music and art, and you can often find me sitting in front of a piano.
