OP-Rental Yield Non-UCITS Fund and OP Bank Group Pension Foundation – Sale of Residential Portfolio

We advised OP-Rental Yield Non-UCITS Fund and OP Bank Group Pension Foundation in the joint sale of a residential portfolio. The portfolio consists of seven assets with a total of 345 apartments. Six of the assets are located in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area and were constructed in the twenty-tens.
