We assisted OP Corporate Bank plc as the lender in a financing arrangement for OP Vuokrakoti Ky for the refinancing and financing costs related to the acquisition and construction of a residential housing company situated in the city of Lahti.

OP Vuokrakoti Ky’s portfolio will include several other residential housing companies, which will be financed under the same financing arrangement.
