We advised L-Fashion Group Oy in a financing arrangement in which it reorganised its current financing and signed a euro-denominated facilities agreement on 10 December 2020 with Nordea Bank Abp, OP Corporate Bank plc, Danske Bank A/S, Finland Branch and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ).
