We acted as legal advisor to Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services in a transaction in which Sodexo acquired the entire share capital of Eazybreak Oy. Sodexo has been a minority shareholder of Eazybreak since 2017 and in this acquisition Sodexo purchased the remaining share capital.
