We advised OP Life Assurance Company Ltd in the sale of a high-value property located at Arkadiankatu 23 in the centre of Helsinki to LaSalle Investment Management for a purchase price of 45.5 million euros. The building comprises over 10,000 square metres mainly of lettable office as well as 80 parking spaces. The property was built in 1932 and has been renovated numerous times over the years. The building is nearly fully leased.
