Ilmarinen, OP and LocalTapiola – Acquisition of stakes in REDI and Tampere Central Deck and Arena project

We advised Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company and entities belonging to OP Financial Group and LocalTapiola Group in their acquisition of SRV Group Plc’s entire stake in REDI shopping centre and 3/4 of SRV’s stake in the Tampere Central Deck and Arena project.
