We advised Ductor Group, a Finnish-Swiss biotechnology company group, in its financing round whereby the company received an investment from BW Group.
Ductor develops products helping to regenerate agriculture and produce renewable energy. The Ductor system enables sustainable production of organic fertilizers and renewable energy in the form of biogas, creating a circular economy model that will help reduce greenhouse gas emissions from both the energy and agricultural sectors. The company has opened its first operational facility in Mexico and has numerous new projects under development in Europe and North America.
BW Group is one of the world’s leading maritime groups in the tanker, gas and offshore segments. Through the investment, BW Group will become a major shareholder in Ductor as well as a strategic partner.
