We acted as counsel to Trevian Funds AIFM Ltd in the refinancing of Special investment fund Trevian Finland Properties I’s real estate portfolio, in which the fund was granted a secured loan in the amount of approximately EUR 100,000,000. The refinanced properties consist mainly of office and commercial properties in the largest cities in Finland.
