We advised the shareholders of Roof Productions Oy in the sale of Roof Productions Oy to event management firm Tapaus. In connection with the transaction, Finnish private equity investor MB Funds becomes a majority shareholder in Tapaus.
Roof Productions is a brand activation agency employing 20 persons in Finland.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approval, and the closing is expected to take place during Q3 2019.
