OP Life Assurance Company – Sale of the Eteläesplanadi 12 Property

We advised OP Life Assurance Company Ltd in the sale of a mixed-use retail and office building located in central Helsinki to a fund managed by Union Investment Real Estate. The historic building facing the well-known Esplanadi park was originally constructed in 1898–1899 and most recently upgraded in 2012. The property provides altogether some 5,700 square meters of lettable retail and office space.
