We advised lead manager OP Corporate Bank plc in SRV Group Plc’s issue of 58.4 million capital notes. The net proceeds of the issuance will be used for partial repurchase of the Company’s EUR 45 million capital notes issued in 2016 and the EUR 100 million notes due in March 2021.
