We advised certain investors in Starcut Oy in a share sale in which Digia Plc purchased Starcut’s entire share capital.
Starcut Oy is a company specialising in mobile apps and cloud services whose biggest customers include Alma Media, the Finnish Elite League, Tamro, Ticketmaster and HIFK. Starcut employs 19 people and its turnover in 2018 was approximately EUR 1.28 million.
