We acted as legal advisor to Swedish HANZA Holding AB (publ), listed on First North, in the acquisition of Toolfac Oy.
Toolfac Oy is a high-tech Finnish manufacturer focusing on machining with a high degree of robotisation and have special expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic components as well as valve systems. Toolfac has about 60 employees and an annual turnover of approximately EUR 8 million.
HANZA is a leading company in strategy and manufacturing of high-tech products. Founded in 2008, HANZA has over 1 650 employees, an annual revenue around 1.7 billion SEK and operates in Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Poland, Czech Republic and China. Toolfac Oy will be integrated into Hanza’s Finland cluster.
