We assisted Danske Bank A/S, Finland Branch in connection with the sale of Kiinteistömaailma Oy to a Finnish company owned, directly or indirectly, by Risto Kyhälä, Arto Martonen, Kenneth Kaarnimo and Merasco Real Estate.
Founded in 1990, Kiinteistömaailma Oy is the central unit of a Finnish real estate franchise chain that consists of a total of 700 Kiinteistömaailma agents who provide real estate business services in 100 real estate agencies around Finland.
Following the completion of the transaction, Danske Bank and Kiinteistömaailma Oy will continue their co-operation through a strategic partnership, with strong emphasis on developing services and customer experience.
