We are advising Turun Ratapihan Kehitys Oy, which is developing a nearly €500 million, 170,000 m2 family holiday destination in the Turku rail yard.
The City of Turku began the land use planning process in cooperation with the development company in February 2018. The goal is for the new local detailed plan to be final by the end of 2019 so that construction could begin during 2020.
