Special Investment Fund eQ Care – Acquisition of Day Care Properties

We advised Special Investment Fund eQ Care in its acquisition of two day care properties from WasaGroup Fund II Ky.

The properties are located in Lempäälä and Vaasa. The properties are newly completed and both have a long-term lease with companies belonging to a significant day care group.
