We are advising Folksam Ömsesidig Sakförsäkring, Veritas Pension Insurance Company Ltd and Aktia Bank plc in the sale of Folksam Non-Life Insurance Company Ltd to Fennia Mutual Insurance Company.
Folksam’s non-life insurance operations in Finland had approximately 200 employees at the end of 2017 and the premium income amounted to approximately SEK 750 million in 2017.
The sale is subject to approval by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority and the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
