We advised the sellers in the sale of the entire share capital of Evervest Oy, Finland’s first robo-advisor wealth management company, to Taaleri Wealth Management Ltd. Taaleri intends to establish a digital distribution platform for its clients based on Evervest’s software.
Evervest will become a fully owned subsidiary of Taaleri Wealth Management Ltd. The acquisition price will be paid in cash and partially structured on an earnout model. The acquisition is subject to approval by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. The acquisition is estimated to be realised in the first half of 2018.
