SEB – Financing of Nordic Properties Acquired by CapMan Nordic Property Income Fund

We acted as counsel for Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (publ) in a financing arrangement with CapMan Nordic Property Income Fund’s office, logistics and hotel properties in Finland, Denmark and Sweden. CapMan Nordic Property Income Fund (CMNPI) is an open-ended Special Investment Fund (in Finnish, erikoissijoitusrahasto, Non-UCITS/AIF). CMNPI focuses on stable-income-generating properties in the largest and most liquid Nordic cities with solid long-term growth fundamentals. CMNPI mainly targets offices and necessity-driven retail assets, but it also will invest in other real estate sectors providing stable and predictable income, such as logistics properties.
