OP Financial Group – Sale of Residential Portfolio to Kojamo Group

We advised funds belonging to OP Financial Group in the sale of a residential portfolio to companies belonging to Kojamo Group. The portfolio consists of 22 properties with a total of 981 apartments located in Helsinki, Vantaa, Turku, Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Hämeenlinna, Lahti, Oulu and Naantali. For OP-Vuokratuotto special investment fund, the arrangement constituted the first significant sale transaction in the fund’s life cycle. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
