We advised Niam in the financing of the acquisition of the Suurpelto Retail Centre and the Laajasalo Retail Centre from NCC Property Development Oy. Both properties are located in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
The Suurpelto retail centre opened in November 2017, and the Laajasalo retail centre is scheduled to open in November 2018.
