We advised Danfoss Editron Oy in its acquisition of AXCO-Motors Oy. AXCO-Motors is a technology leader in large electric solutions, ranging from 250 kW up to 6 MW. It delivers motors and generators for the marine industry, large generators for hydropower plants and generators for wind turbines. The company’s products also include a wide range of adaptable direct-drive permanent magnet motors and generators for several gearless industrial applications.
