We advised Titanium Oyj in its listing to First North Finland, the multilateral trading facility maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki.
The initial public offering consisting of public, institutional and personnel offering as well as share sale was clearly oversubscribed, and as a result of the offering, the company has over 5,100 new shareholders. Trading in the company’s shares on First North Finland commenced on 9 October 2017.
