We advised Special Investment Fund eQ Care in its acquisition of a health care property portfolio from companies belonging to FinCap group.
The properties are located in Oulu, Jyväskylä, Kouvola and two in Vaasa. Four of the five properties were completed during year 2017 and each property has a long-term lease with significant health care companies.
