We advised Brand Factory Group AB in an arrangement whereby Brand Factory Finland Oy’s business was sold to Grano Oy. Brand Factory Group AB, the Swedish owner of Brand Factory Finland Oy, has divested itself of its Finnish business activities. In addition to the Finnish business, Brand Factory Group AB sold a 51% share in Brand Factory Finland Oy’s share capital to Grano Oy.
Brand Factory has over 50 years of experience in building corporate brands, and is a recognised producer of large prints in Finland. In 2016, the company’s turnover was approximately EUR 10 million. Brand Factory Finland’s business activities, together with 80 employees, were transferred to Grano on 1 August 2017. The transaction has created a national-scale provider of large prints in Finland that plans, manufactures, installs and manages corporate images.
