OP-Rental Yield – Acquisition of a Major Residential Property Portfolio from Probus Holding

We are advising OP-Rental Yield, an OP-Pohjola non-UCITS fund, in its
acquisition of a property portfolio comprising over 20 residential properties
and over 800 housing units from investment company Probus Holding Ltd. More than
half of the buildings are located in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, with an
average age of around ten years. The approximately one-year-old OP-Rental Yield
is already a major property investor in Finland, and the fund will also be
enhancing its capital through debt financing in connection with the deal.
