Life Sciences and IPR Expert Hanna Paloheimo Promoted to Senior Counsel

Hanna is the head of our Life Sciences service. Her practice covers patent litigation, pharmaceutical regulatory matters, food law and health technology, commercial agreements such as licensing and distribution agreements, and marketing law. Besides her law degree, Hanna holds a Master of Sciences degree in genetics, which provides additional insight in meeting the needs of life science, pharmaceutical, and health technology companies.

Rickard Langenskiöld, Expert in Contract Law, International Trade and Compliance, Promoted to Senior Counsel

Rickard specialises in contract law and international trade, with a focus on strategic projects. Rickard also advises our clients in compliance-related issues and has a great deal of experience of corporate investigations related to, e.g. anti-corruption issues, fraud or competition law infringements. Rickard is also ranked as one of Finland’s leading experts in shipping and transport law.

A large part of Rickard’s work relates to the logistics sector or the related manufacturing industry, such as shipbuilding projects and sale and purchase of machinery, equipment and services.

Insolvency Expert Christer Svartström Promoted to Counsel

Christer advises our clients in matters concerning insolvency and risk management. He has broad experience of corporate insolvency proceedings as a representative of both bankruptcy and restructuring administrations and that of creditors, as well as of advising companies in financial distress. Christer also handles insolvency-related disputes in court.

In addition to insolvency proceedings, Christer advises our clients on insolvency-related risk management and on various serious disturbances in financing and other arrangements, starting from preparing for such disturbances to mitigating their effects and, e.g. enforcement proceedings.
